DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future services if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the service date. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers to ensure convenience for our clients.

 

In the event of any delays or changes in scheduling, we will notify customers promptly and work to accommodate any adjustments needed. Our goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for all your transportation needs.

CANCELATION POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund with no penalties.

  2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the total fare will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

  3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full fare for the trip.

  4. Changes to Reservations: Should you need to make changes to your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur additional fees.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other significant event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
